GE/QSE Subscription – Nationwide

This monthly subscription will give your company (GE or QSE) access to all ESD Hub business opportunities nationwide throughout South Africa.

Included in your Monthly Subscription:

As part of this subscription, you will have access to these great benefits:

• Full access to the ESD Hub as per this subscription to upload and email broadcast all of your TRO’s (Tenders, Request for Quotations and Business Opportunities) to suppliers within vertical industries.
• Receive email Tender Alerts for all your chosen vertical industries/markets.
• Viewing of and links to Municipal, Government and SOE’s tenders and RFQs from eTenders plus other sources.
• Maintain a complete Corporate profile including the uploading of all compliance documents.
• Your company profile listing in the ESD Hub Supplier’s database within chosen vertical markets.
• Public Business Directory listing on the ESD Business Directory – effectively providing your company with a one-page website.
• Corporate Events Calendar and Sales or Promotional advertising on the public Business Directory, free or at discounted rates.
• Access to the Premium ESD Business website for all things related to ESD, B-BBEEE, Procurement and Business from around the web plus a regular newsletter.
• Business resources – documents and templates, links to legal and governmental Acts or notifications.
• ESD Learning and Business Skills Centre (Launching soon).

Company Team & Name

As part of your Company registration, you can add up to 5 additional team members who will have access to the ESD Hub and will be able to access and use all features.

A typical team would consist of, for example:

1. The “Team Owner” is the person who handles the payment of your ESD Hub subscription each month. We send invoices and statements to this designated person.
2. A “Team Manager” supervises the contents of your ESD Hub account and the documents and other company data that is uploaded. (Could also be the Team Owner).
3. Three additional “Team Members” who are the “Worker Bees” – capturing Tenders, RFQ and other Opportunity notifications and sending out emails to chosen suppliers, etc.

We will ask you to provide a short “Team name” for your Company on the ESD Hub. For example, a company called “Acme Products and Services (Pty) Ltd” can use the team name “Acme Products”.  (Without the quotes and do not add any (Pty) Ltd at the end).
